Hampton Inn Waterloo

I truly enjoyed great location adjacent to activities and restaurants as well as many shopping stores, it was in a good area.

Staff was very helpful & accomodating.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was excellent.

Breakfast area could of been better. Oatmeal cold and had to scrape the bottom till staff member saw me struggling.

Check-in and out were super easy with no noise or disruptions .

for those who have to have their fix of cigarettes-- I wish there was an area FAR away from the front and back door that someone who is allergic to them would not have to walk through the residual smell.

A pretty average Hampton Inn. A nice place to get a quiet nights sleep.

The free breakfasts are terrifying. I'm not sure why people eat this food, is it just because its free?

Every staff member was friendly and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was fresh and there was a good variety of foods available.

This was a very nice and clean facility and the people were very friendly with a great workout room and indoor pool to set it off. The location is next to the city mall and makes it easy for those who want or have a need to go shopping.

The only downside to this room was the beds, they could had be a little more comfortable.

The staff were great. Every time i entered or left, i received a friendly greeting. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options like eggs, waffles, and yogurt. I also enjoyed a relaxing dip in the indoor swimming pool.

Our room was spacious and very clean!

My children also stayed at the same time, along with our grandchildren . They were charged more for their rooms and thought the price was outrageous. I did too since I thought all rooms were $114 like ours. That is what I saw on line, and that is what I expected. They were charged 120 0r $125.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful everything was fresh it was clean and to go bags were great

The mattress was to soft and there was a hole in the middle of the mattress and that Internet did not stay on it faded in and out

Appreciated mini fridge and microwave in the room, turkey sausage at breakfast/fresh fruit/Greek yogurt at breakfast(!), and the fitness room.

Wish there had been better ventilation in our bathroom (to remove steam while showering), better ventilation in the fitness room, and one of the treadmills stopping working while I used it (posing some hazard).

Wonderful Family Experience

Our family had a fantastic weekend stay! The staff was cute, especially Monika, who made sure our kids enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was a hit with everyone, and the location near the waterpark was ideal. Don't miss the fresh pastries in the morning!

I love the way our room was set up, how nice the staff was. I recommend this stay. We stay here a lot, for a romantic getaway and family time. The room is amazing, we love the stand up shower. Plenty of room and equipped for handicap. I can't say enough good about this place!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very nice and clean, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, the fitness room was great, the breakfast was excellent and it was super affordable. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Waterloo.
